Girly Birthday Cupcakes

Sprinkles (check), roses (check), pinks & purples (check), Tinkerbell cupcake liners (check)...I think we have everything we need for girly birthday cupcakes!
These are chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream, buttercream roses, and gumpaste letters- all for a very special niece :)
