A very special cake for a 60th birthday! A request for an ocean/sea inspired two-tiered cake.
The top tier is vanilla with vanilla italian meringue buttercream, and the bottom tier is chocolate with choc buttercream and raspberry preserves.
Finished with vanilla rolled fondant, gumpaste shells, and royal icing 'coral'.
