Happy Chinese New Year! What a crazy weekend this year, start of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic games, Valentines Day, and Chinese New Year- so many reasons to celebrate!
My sister is the year of the Tiger, so 2010 should be hers!
These little cupcakes were made for my family to enjoy after our huge Chinese dinner on Saturday night (if there's room)!

These are chocolate cupcakes with oreo buttercream & chocolate ganache, topped with fortune cookies for luck!
