Practicing at the Culinary Institute

So for our final class we had some time to decorate a little cake of our own.
This one is chocolate with lemon curd & ganache filling, and a touch of chocolate meringue buttercream. And since we made so many flowers for practice, I had to cover this wee little cake with all of them!
